First Baptist Church of Lomita

On Wednesday nights, Pastor Rick will be preaching through the book of Haggai.

We will have a schedule change on Sunday, August 27th, 2023.We will have our11 AM worship service as usual, and immediately following we will have a fellowship lunch. OurLord's Supper servicewill be moved to 2 PM. There will be no 5 PM service this week to allow additional time to fellowship together.

On Friday, August 25^th, 2023, at 7 PM, we will have our joint Psalm Sing and Fellowship Time at First Baptist Church of Lomita.

On Wednesday nights, Pastor Rick will be preaching a sermon series about The Lord's Supper with assorted scriptures.

We will be changing our Friday night schedule to:

1^st and 3^rd Fridays of the month at 6:00 PM - Bible Question & Answer Time

2^nd and 4^th Fridays of the month at 6:00 PM - Prayer Time

On Wednesday nights Pastor Rick will be teaching through a Bible study series on what the Bible says on the topics of Life After Death and Baptism.

On Friday, February 24^th, 2023, at 7 PM, we will have a joint Psalm Sing and Fellowship Time with Liberty Baptist Church - Norwalk.

Join us in the FBC Lomita sanctuary at 7 PM for a time of singing the Psalms and dessert fellowship to follow in Miller (fellowship) Hall .

On Sunday, February 12^th, 2023 at the 11:00 AM service we will have guest preacher, Pastor Max Graves from Liberty Baptist Church - Norwalk.

Immediately following the service we will be dedicating our Fellowship Hall to our late Pastor Jim Miller who faithfully ministered the gospel at First Baptist Church of Lomita for 37 years, until he went to be with the Lord.

We will have a potluck fellowship meal, immediately following in our newly dedicated Miller Hall.

We will continue having our Bible Question & Answer Times every other Friday at 6:00 PM.

We are taking a break onFriday, February 3^rd, 2023.

We will resumeon Friday, February 17^th, 2023.

On Wednesday nights Pastor Rick will be teaching through the book of Jonah.
